As board president, I've worked with Nancy for seven years, first at Bellmarc, and then when she started her own business. She's experienced, with contacts in the business, efficient, always available, and comes up with creative solutions. She has helped us streamline operations, and makes it easy for the board to run our building.

Nancy is devoted to her work, giving our four-unit condo the kind of time, attention to detail and professionalism that’s hard to find in this city, especially when you live in a smaller building. She’s super-friendly, diligent and responds at light speed to any requests — I can’t recommend her highly enough!

Selecting a management company for our building was an incredibly difficult decision. We have an active and engaged owner group who hold the bar high for the operations of a first class building. After interviewing several firms, we quickly realized we needed someone with both a strong sense of professionalism as well as the ability to personally connect with owners when needed. It became very clear after meeting Nancy and her team that the benefits of engaging a smaller, boutique, hands on manager was the best path to having a partner rather than a service provider. Day in and day out Nancy listens closely to our needs and responds with clear, detailed thoughts on how to address any building or tenant issues. She has proven to be an attentive, trustworthy manager and after almost 2 years working together we could not be more pleased with our decision to work with Nancy and NMC.
